Turkey rolls with cumin with asiago and sauerkraut
Instructions
In a frying pan hot sauerkraut with oil, cumin and zest of 1/2 lemon; keep warm.
Meanwhile, cut the meat into 3 slices and stuffed with asiago and Sage, salt and wind.
Fry the rolls in focus with a knob of butter and oil.
Finish cooking in the oven for 8 minutes.
Serve the rolls cut slices on a bed of sauerkraut.

- 300 g of turkey breast
- 80 g of asiago cheese
- 100 g of sauerkraut
- 5 g of cumin
- Salt
- Olive oil extra virgin
- 9 leaves sage
- 1 lemon
- 50 g of butter
