Instructions

Saute chopped onion in 30 g of butter, add the rice, seasoning and pour a little broth.

After 5 minutes add the peas and stir, then bring in hot broth cooked by pouring a little at a time.

Stir in the Basil and parsley, season with salt, add the parmesan and butter, stir and serve.
