Instructions

In a Pan fry the chopped onion in butter.

Just wilt unite rice and let it toast for a few minutes.

Add the washed and cut vegetables.

Add salt, pepper and wet with wine.

When evaporated pull on the boiling broth risotto.

As soon as it's ready turn off the heat and amalgamateci eggs previously beaten with 4 tablespoons of cheese.

Mix well and serve with additional Parmesan.
