Prepare the broth with the nut and the smells.
Cut the leek into rings and fry it with oil and butter.
Add the rice and toast it with wine and continue to Cook, adding the broth.
After 10 minutes add the beans previously stir-fried with tomato, parsley and oil.
Finally stir in a knob of butter.
