"Risotto" with Sausage
Instructions
Peel and chop the onion then browned in 2 tablespoons of olive oil and 20 g of butter.
Combine the crumbled sausage and peeled and browned on all sides.
Add the rice, let it toast, spray it with the wine and let it evaporate.
Cook the rice for 18 minutes bathing gradually with the broth.
