Instructions
The ingredients listed are used to season pasta 600 gr
50 g basil leaves: Basil, preferably young and fresh, must be what qualify genovesi, cool and beautiful green.
Grated cheese
6 tablespoons Parmigiano Reggiano and Pecorino sardo 2.
2 garlic cloves
Pine nuts: 1 tablespoonful
Optional: walnuts, replacing the pine nuts
Coarse salt: a pinch
