Instructions

Peel, wash and deprived of filaments the ribs of celery, then cut into slices of about 3 mm and temporarily put aside.

Finely chop the onion, peeled.

Put the butter in a saucepan and let it melt on medium flame, then add the onion.

Let it simmer for about a minute, stirring often, then add the sliced celery.

Continue cooking for 2 minutes, then add the rice, stir, and after a minute, start to get wet with hot broth, adding gradually to cookware.

After 10 minutes of cooking, add a pinch of salt and a teaspoon of curry powder.

Bring cooking rice by adding progressively more broth and joining at the last cream, to make the rice more crunchy.

The presence of curry excludes the addition of cheese.
