Curried risotto in the microwave
Instructions
To focus on a stove 70 cl of water.
While the water heats up Peel and wash the onion, coarsely chop finely or cut into cubes.

Add the curry powder and stir.
Cook uncovered for 2 minutes at full power.
Add the tomatoes, stir.
Cook uncovered for 3 minutes at full power.
Add the rice, salt, boiling water, stir.
Stirring once or twice, Cook uncovered, at full power for 11 minutes, or until the rice is tender almost like yours (keep in mind that will cook a little more during the short rest later).
Let stand for 3 minutes before serving.

- 1 medium onion
