Rice, sweet potatoes and apples
Instructions
For the rice: clean and finely chop the onion and pour into a casserole with oil.
Put the saucepan on the heat and fry the onion.
Meanwhile Peel the Apple and cut it into cubes, then pour in the mixture.
Add the rice and saffron, mix well and sprinkle with wine.
When the wine has evaporated, add the crab sticks of crab meat cut to match.
Add the broth by pouring all at once: stir and adjust the flavor gods salt and pepper.
To serve: Cook on low heat for 12 minutes without mixing.
Remove the saucepan from the heat and, keeping it covered, leave the content for 3-6 minutes.
Mince the parsley.
Uncover the saucepan, add the parsley, stir and serve.

- 350 g of basmati rice
- 1 onion
- 1 mela renetta
- 16 sticks of surimi crab pulp
- 1 sachet of saffron
- 1 glass dry white wine
- 5 cl of nut vegetable broth
- 1 sprig of parsley
- 5 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
