Instructions
Pass the potatoes are still hot potato directly at crushes in a saucepan, place over low heat and add the butter, whip vigorously, add salt and spice with nutmeg to taste.
Slowly add the warm milk and stir with the whisk until soft, frothy puree, smooth and dry.
You can flavor the puree with herbs, spices, vegetables and meats.
If it advances, arrange them in a buttered baking dish, sprinkle with grated cheese or Swiss cheese and baked gratinatelo.
