Instructions
Boil the potatoes and peel them when they are cooked and still hot.
Then put them in with the potato masher, and place them in a saucepan, add the butter and salt.
At low heat, stir with a wooden spoon, gradually add the boiling milk, until the mashed became a soft cream.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 500 g of powdery cheese potatoes
- 40 g of butter
- 25 cl of boiled milk
- Salt
