Stuffed Tomatoes (Pomodori Ripieni)
Instructions
After washing your tomatoes, cut their top shell, svuotateli a bit of pulp, discarding the seeds.
In a pan heat oil, onion and Bacon soffriggetevi, add the chopped tomato pulp.
Add breadcrumbs, ham and parsley, salt and pepper.
Fill the tomatoes with this mixture, sprinkle them with bread crumbs and butter flakes.
Arrange in a baking dish and cook in the oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
Garnish with parsley and serve.

- 4 great tomatoes
- == 1 small onion

- 1 sprig of parsley
