Instructions
00198 STUFFED TOMATOES Ingredients 12 red tomatoes; 2 cans of sardines in oil; 1 fresh cheese Terrine; 1 lemon; salt and pepper; mint leaves.
Remove the skin and the thorns to sardines; blend with lemon juice, the grated cheese and fresh, just enough to obtain a homogeneous mixture.
season with salt and pepper.
Cut the top of tomatoes and scavateli inside.
Stuff them, using a pastry bag, with sardines and cream cheese previously prepared and decorated with mint leaves.
