05502 STUFFED TOMATOES 4 PERSONS INGREDIENTS 1 tube of mayonnaise, 8 medium tomatoes 250 g of tuna in oil, drained pickled onions, 5 1 tablespoon capers.
PROCEDURE wash the tomatoes, remove the top, then scavateli inside.
Put them in a tray, slightly inclined, and let them drain well.
Separately, pour the tuna, capers, scallions and three tablespoons of mayonnaise into the mixer and reduce it into a homogeneous compound.
Fill the tomatoes with this mixture and place them in the refrigerator.
When serving arrange service dishes garnished with a little salad.
