Spinach meatballs
Instructions
Clean and Wash spinach, let them braise for 5/10 minutes, until they are tender then strizzateli and mince finely.
Put them on fire with a knob of butter, sprinkle the pretzels, stir and let them dry thoroughly.
Transfer to a bowl and let cool a little, then add an egg, 4 tablespoons Parmesan cheese, grated nutmeg.
Mix everything together and let it sit in the refrigerator for at least half an hour.
Past the time indicated, derived from many round meatballs, compound as they prepared the pass in the flour then in beaten egg and bread crumbs.
Fry them in plenty of hot oil and drain on absorbent kitchen paper before serving.
