Spinach mushrooms
Instructions
Clean and slice mushrooms, sauté them in butter and cook them covered with the marsala, salt and pepper.
Boil the spinach, brown them in butter, combine them with mushrooms and let them flavor.
Sprinkle with grated Parmesan and serve hot.

- 300 g of mushrooms
- 450 g of boiled and chopped spinach
- Grated parmesan cheese
- 1 dram of marsala wine
- Butter
- Salt
- Pepper
