Mutton meatballs
Instructions
250 g chop of mutton cooked with zest 1 lemon, 2 cloves of garlic and 1 sprig of parsley.
Merge to meat a slice of white bread soaked in milk and wrung out, salt, pepper, nutmeg and 2 eggs.
Mix well and form meatballs as big as a walnut, flour them lightly and fry them in hot oil.
Drain on absorbent paper and serve hot or cold, sprinkled with lemon juice.
