Meatballs with gorgonzola
Instructions
Soak the bread in milk.
Finely chop the onions and let them dry in a little butter.
Mix meat well wrung bread, onions, eggs, a handful of Parmesan, salt and pepper.
Work the mixture and form meatballs.
Flour them and fry them in oil and butter rigirandole a couple of times.
Cut into pieces the gorgonzola and posarne a piece on each Meatball, cover the Pan, remove from heat and melt the cheese.

- 400 g of stuffings
- 2 onions
- 1 oil sandwich
- 2 eggs
- 100 g of gorgonzola cheese
- Milk
- Butter
- Olive oil
- Flour
- Grated parmesan cheese
- Salt
- Pepper
