Chicken with Olives (Pollo Alle Olive Nere)
Instructions
Cut the chicken into pieces and cook over high heat with oil, butter, pepper and salt.
If necessary add a little nut broth.
When it is well cooked (1 hour), remove it from the broth, then add the olives and wine.
Cook until the wine evaporates, cover with the sauce and serve with chicken.

- 1 1000 g chicken
- 100 g of black olives
- 50 g of butter
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 glass white wine
