Instructions
In a saucepan combine chicken and olive oil and saute the chicken over high heat.
Season the chicken, wet with the marsala, and merge the stoned olives.
Cover and simmer for about 40 minutes.

- 800 g of chicken pieces
- 200 g of black olives
- 1 glass of dry marsala wine
- Olive oil
- Salt
