Chicken with peas
Instructions
Split the chicken breasts into small pieces and pass them in the flour.
Saute over low heat with 30 g butter 3 tablespoons oil and chopped onion along with the bacon.
After a few minutes add the chicken and roast it.
Combine the peas and chopped Rosemary.
Sprinkle with salt and bake covered for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally and wetting only if necessary with a little hot water.

- 600 g of chicken breasts
- 300 g of canned peas
- 25 g of speck (slices from 25 g)
- 1/2 onion
- Flour
- Rosemary
- Olive oil
- Butter
- Salt
