Chicken with peppers
Instructions
Put the oil in a pan and Brown the garlic, add the previously cut chicken into small pieces and FRY.
Season with salt and pepper and add the white wine.
When the wine has evaporated, add the tomato sauce and Roasted Peppers previously peeled and cut into strips.
Leave it on the stove for 15 minutes to allow the insaporirsi chicken.
Served hot.
Trick: the past and the peppers should be added when the chicken is fully cooked.
Consider that should stay on the stove for another 15 minutes.

- 1000 g of chicken
- 500 g of peppers
- 300 g of tomato
- 1/2 cup of white wine
- Olive oil extra virgin
- Salt
- Pepper
