Chicken with peppers (2)
Instructions
Sauté the sliced onion with a little oil, chopped chicken rosolarvi.
Combine salt, pepper and wine and let evaporate.
Add the chopped peppers, tomatoes and thyme.
Cover and cook slowly for 45 minutes, stirring every so often.
10 minutes before removing from heat add the olives.
Serve hot.

- 1 chicken
- 1 onion
- 400 g of tomato pulp
- 2 peppers
- 100 g of pitted black olives
- Dry white wine
- 1 pinch of thyme
- Little of olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
