Chicken with pears and curry
Instructions
Dredge Chicken cubes; Sauté in a pan with oil, salt and pepper.
Combine the diced pears and deglaze with Apple Cider vinegar, water and curry.
Bring to boiling and serve with a variety of PEAR slices.

- 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar
- Curry
- Olive oil
