Chicken with mushrooms
Instructions
Clean the chicken, cut into pieces and dry.
Roast in the pan with the bacon, diced ham and a bunch of scented herbs.
Season with salt and pepper, water occasionally with white wine and when evaporated, add the mushrooms soaked in lukewarm water facts.
Pour about a cup of chicken broth and cook slowly covering.
When cooked place the chicken pieces on the dish and in baking pan add a tablespoon of flour and lemon juice.
Mix well, when the flour has caught a nice hazelnut color, remove from heat and cover the chicken.

- Lard
- Ham
- 30 g of dried mushrooms
- 1 bunch of smells
- Salt
- Pepper
- Dry white wine
- Broth
- 1 lemon
