Chicken with Mushrooms (Pollo Ai Porcini)
Instructions
Clean and slice mushrooms, sauté chopped onion in a pan with a knob of butter, add the mushrooms and cook over medium heat for 10 minutes.
Add the wine and let evaporate.
Flour the chicken breasts, add salt and pepper and cook over lively in a knob of butter.
As they become browned add the mushrooms, season and turn off the heat.
Place the chicken breasts on a serving dish, put over the mushrooms, sprinkle with thyme and Marjoram and serve.

- 450 g of mushrooms
- 2 chicken breasts (600 g)
- 1 walnut butter
- 1 onion
- 10 cl of dry white wine
- Flour
- Thyme
- Marjoram
- Salt
- Pepper
