The spanish polyps
Instructions
Clean, empty and wash the polyps.
Put in a pan with oil, onions; When they begin to Brown, add the crushed garlic cloves (remove them as they become very colorful), tomatoes, bay leaf, thyme, salt and pepper.
Cook 5 minutes, then add the wine and the polyps; mix well and allow to cook for 2 floor hours.
Half an hour before serving, add the olives.
