The spanish omelette
Instructions
Cut into julienne peppers and sauté for about 5 minutes in a cast iron pan with oil.
Combine the tomatoes and the peppers, salt, pepper and cook for about 20 minutes over low heat.
Beat the eggs, remove the chili from the Pan and pour in the eggs.
To thicken the omelet, turn it and serve it hot.

- 6 eggs
- 1/2 red pepper
- 1/2 green pepper
- 1 fresh chili pepper
- 4 peeled tomatoes
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
