Instructions

the SPANISH COD 2_07273 INGREDIENTS for 4 PERSONS 800 g of cod washers, one clove of garlic, an onion, chopped parsley, a glass of white wine, a nut for fish stock, 3 tablespoons canned chili meat, one tablespoon cornstarch satin, wheat flour.

In a saucepan, sauté the garlic and onion and, when they are tender, add the cod, previously passed in wheat flour.

Turn it and, when the cod begins to leave its water, move the saucepan, add the white wine, little by little and, continuing to move slowly, add a glass of water and the nut.

When the sauce thickens, add the chopped pepper and cornstarch dissolved in cold water.

Cook everything fresh focus for 5 minutes and add salt at the last moment.

Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
