The spaghetti notte di san lorenzo
Instructions
In a large earthenware soup tureen cold place all ingredients for the sauce.
Chop them and mix well.
Cook spaghetti in boiling salted water.
Al dente drain and pour into hot soup well.
Add the 4 tablespoons of olive oil and stir quickly.

- 400 g of type pasta spaghetti
- 4 tablespoons of grated parmesan cheese
- 1 great dice ripe tomato
- 4 salted anchovies de-boned apart
- 40 g of tuna
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil extra virgin
