Potatoes polenta
Instructions
Mix the two flours and pay it to rain in boiling salted water and cook for 45 minutes.
Shortly before the end of cooking add the mashed potatoes, the onion previously fried in a knob of butter 2 tablespoons Parmesan, Gruyere, diced and a little ' pepper.
Stir well and serve hot.

- 200 g of yellow corn flour
- 200 g of emmenthal cheese
- 1 onion
- Grated parmesan cheese
