Peel the potatoes and cut them into cubes.
Boil them in salted water and drain them halfway through the cooking.
Melt 40 g butter in a pan and rosolarvi potatoes over high heat.
Combine milk, lower the flame and cook them.
Before you remove from heat add the rest of the butter drenched in flour and 1 tablespoon chopped parsley.
Leave on the heat necessary to melt the butter, stir and serve.
