Pizza with leeks and bacon
Instructions
After I cooked the base lower the oven temperature to 190° c (thermostat 6) and place the dough on a baking plate.
Clean the leeks eliminating the most green and cut them into thick slices instead.
Cut the bacon into pieces.
In a pan melt the butter and Cook bacon and leeks for a few minutes, until leeks are soft.
Deployed at the base.
In a bowl mix the ricotta with the eggs, milk, salt and pepper.
Pour the mixture on the mixture of leeks and Bacon and cook in the oven for 25 minutes.
Serve the pizzas by decorating them with the basil leaves.
Ingredients and dosing for 6 persons
- 1 basic pizza dough (see recipe)
- 200 g of leeks
- 200 g of thick sliced bacon
- 25 g of butter
- 100 g of ricotta
- 2 eggs
- 10 cl of milk
- Salt
- Pepper
