Pizza with ham and mushrooms
Instructions
Slice the mushrooms and let them FRY in a pan with a clove of garlic with salt, pepper and chopped parsley.
Then roll out the dough into a greased baking, dress with the flesh chopped and drained tomatoes.
Put over mushrooms; Add the ham, cut into cubes, a pinch of salt and washed down with plenty of oil.
Infornatela in hot oven (250 degrees) for 20-25 minutes.

- 500 g of pizza dough (see recipe)
- 300 g of ripe tomatoes
- 250 g of ham
- 350 g of fresh mushrooms
- 1 clove of garlic
- Parsley
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
