Instructions
Melt the butter in a saucepan and add the Sage.
To taste, add the peas, season with salt and cook for 10 minutes.
Pour the wine and let it evaporate.
Cover and cook for 20 minutes.
Cut the ham into strips and add the peas and cook for another 5 minutes.

- 120 g of ham
- 2 cups of dry white wine
- Sage
- Butter
