Roman peas
Instructions
Put in a saucepan the butter and Sage, combine thawed peas, seasoning, salt, pour the wine and let it evaporate.
Cover the Pan and cook for about 20 minutes, add the sliced ham, let stand for 5 minutes and serve.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 450 g of frozen peas
- 120 g of ham
- 4 sprigs of sage
- 2 glasses of white wine
- Butter
- Salt
