Instructions
Empty the pigeons and season inside with salt and pepper; thread skewers and ungeteli from time to time with a compound consisting of oil, vinegar, one tablespoon of red wine, a little chopped black olives, chopped Sage, the juice of half a lemon, salt and pepper.
