Cut in half the slices of fish.
Mix the flour with salt and pepper and flour the fish.
4 oil grease aluminum foil, divide the anchovy fillets and slices of fish.
Mix the cream with the sherry and stir 3 drops of tabasco: wet with this sauce the fish and close the wrappers on the oven and bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
Open cartocci, sprinkle the chopped parsley and serve.
