Instructions

FRY fish in hot oil, one minute on each side, then keep it aside.

In cooking Saute over low heat, combine chopped onions tomatoes and a pinch of salt.

Saute for 10 minutes, then put the Pan fish and olives.

Season with chili and hold still a minute over heat.

Before serving add the chopped parsley.
