Bavette with swordfish
Instructions
Cut the fish in matches and spolverizzarlo with flour, sauté garlic and chilli, add the fish and form a crust.
Add tomatoes, parsley and a little of the pasta cooking water, drain the pasta al dente and toss with the sauce.

- 200 g of type pasta tips
- 200 g of swordfish
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 clove of chili
- 100 g of cherry tomatoes
- Parsley
- Olive oil extra virgin
- Flour
- Salt
