Bavette with spring onions and watercress
Instructions
Saute the onions with the chilli, add the tomato, salt and pepper.
Boil the bavette and drain into the pan with the sauce.
Add the watercress and skip the whole thing.

- 180 g of type pasta tips
- 3 spring onions
- 1 bunch of watercress
- 3 tomato fillets
- 1 clove of chili
- Olive oil extra virgin
- Salt
- Pepper
