Instructions

Peel the potatoes and onions, wash, dry and steam Cook for about 20 minutes until they will be quite soft.

Let cool, then cut the potatoes into thick slices about half a centimetre and the onions into rings.

Grease a baking dish and sprinkle the slices of potatoes alternating slices of onion.

Aromatic salt prepared by mixing half teaspoon of salt with spices, finely chopped.

Slice the bacon and cut it into cubes.

Put a pan on the heat, get heat the oil, add the bacon and fry it to low heat.

When almost crisp turn off the flame and distributed the pancetta and olive oil on the mixture of onions and potatoes.

Sprinkle with salt and bake at aromatic 200 degrees for 15 minutes, until the surface is lightly browned vegetables.
