Instructions
Heat 60 g of butter and add the potatoes into thin slices; stir and add the parsley and minced garlic, salt, pepper and simmer gently for 1 hour.
Cook the sliced mushrooms in remaining butter with ham cubes.
Salt, combine the potatoes and continue to cook gently for 15 minutes.
