Potatoes with mushrooms
Instructions
Put the dried mushrooms to be found in warm water, change the water a couple of times and then leave them to soak for 20 minutes.
Clean the fresh mushrooms, Peel the potatoes and cut across into thin slices.
Fry the garlic in a pan with a little oil, fry the potatoes (must take a colored crust) and then dried and fresh mushrooms well drained.
Season with salt and pepper.
Strain the water from the mushrooms and use it little by little to cook vegetables: about 30 minutes will be used.
Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve.

- 250 g of cultivated fungi (mushrooms)
- 25 g of dried porcini mushrooms
- 400 g of potatoes
- 1 clove of garlic
- Little of olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley
