Potatoes with olives
Instructions
Boil the potatoes in their skins.
Let cool, Peel and dice.
Coat with oil and wine.
Add the chopped anchovies, capers, olives, pitted and sliced and 1 tablespoon parsley.
Homogenize and leave to settle before serving.

- 8 hard potatoes
- 6 anchovies in olive oil
- 2 tablespoons of pickled capers
- 15 black olives
- 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley
- White wine
- Olive oil
