Potatoes au gratin
Instructions
Melt sweet flame 4 tablespoons butter, add 2 tablespoons flour and 2 cups of broth.
Stir and add 800 g potatoes, peeled and cut into cubes, salt, pepper and 1 tablespoon of paprika.
Bake the potatoes for 15 minutes and add 80 g Parma ham cut into strips and 80 g diced salnitrata language.
Pour it all into a baking dish, season with 50 g of grated pecorino cheese and 1/2 cup of cream.
To bake in the hot oven for 30 minutes at 190 degrees.
