Mess of polenta and gorgonzola
Instructions
Prepare polenta instead of soda.
In a saucepan heat the butter and mix it with gorgonzola.
Turn on a work surface, cover half of the polenta with gorgonzola butter and then merged with the remaining polenta.
Serve very hot.

- 300 g of corn brown
- Cl = 65 = = water
- 32 cl of milk
- 200 g of gorgonzola cheese
- 80 g of butter
- Salt
