Instructions
Saute sliced onion in butter and diced Bacon, then add the artichokes into thin slices.
After a few minutes add the wine and let it evaporate, then add 2 glasses of hot water and crushed nuts.
Cook until the artichokes are tender.
Boil the penne, seasoning them with artichokes, add cream, parmesan, prosciutto and stir.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 400 g of type pasta penne
- 4 artichokes
- 250 g of cream
- 150 g of grated parmesan cheese
- 150 g of bacon
- 150 g of ham
- 1 onion
- 2 dice
- 1 glass dry white wine
- 50 g of butter
- Salt
- Pepper
