Pasticcio di maccheroni
Instructions
Prepare a cup of bechamel with 100 g of butter, 6 tablespoons flour and milk, 8 1 handful grated Parmesan, salt, pepper, and nutmeg.
Prepare the meat sauce as desired or use a jar of ready-made sauce.
Boil macaroni until al dente.
Roll out the pastry and line a baking sheet greased, square-shaped.
Arrange one layer of noodles, bechamel sauce, a pasta and one of meat sauce and continue this way until you finish the sauce.
Close the browse to cover well the whole preparation.
When missing half an hour to go to turn on the oven to 200 degrees, and round off the Pan, Cook and serve immediately: If you want to you can turn the mess on the serving dish.
