Pasteis de bacalau
Instructions
Soak the fish in order to remove the salt.
Cook in salted water along with the peeled potatoes.
Remove the skin from the fish and gently remove the bones.
Put fish and potato pulp in a macinacarne, and merge the resulting mash egg yolks, parsley, nutmeg, pepper and salt.
Meanwhile, knead.
When the mixture is smooth, add the whipped egg whites.
Form meatballs not so great and tuffatele in hot oil for 1 or 2 minutes.
Lower the heat and FRY for another 5 minutes.
Raise the heat, remove the croquettes and put on fire the remaining patties frying.
Serve with rice with tomatoes, salad or as anti-meal or as a snack.

- 350 g of cod
- 3 eggs
- Nutmeg
- Frying oil
- 500 g of potatoes
- 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley
- Salt
- Fresh ground pepper
